With over 20 years of experience in procurement and transformational roles, including more than 10 years in leadership positions within procurement consulting, she is passionately driven to help clients overcome their challenges and deliver excellence. Her consultancy leadership roles have provided extensive experience in driving operational excellence, fostering people development, leadership, and achieving business growth, bringing additional insight and expertise in client delivery. At GOLD, Rachel is our Chief Commercial Officer but is focused in leveraging our capabilities together with our Optimal Performance Formula© to deliver tailored solutions for our clients to help them ‘Unleash Optimal Performance’!
