With an MA from in Electrical Science from Cambridge University, Andrew began his career in very operational roles first as a research engineer at Marconi Labs and later as a production manager at Mars electronics. In 1993 he joined Gemini Consulting and has since dedicated almost 30 years to delivering fast, flexible and lasting business transformation. Andrew has specialized in performance analysis and benefits management, tracking and measuring the impact of work streams as part of major transformation programmes with clients across a range of sectors Andrew has led over 50 performance improvement projects, across all industries.
