Our Gold Medalist, Ana, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in a variety of industries and companies in both B2B and B2C environments. Known for her radical candour, passion and commitment to her work, she has deftly navigated from the hustle and bustle of large multinationals to the thrilling rollercoaster of start-ups. In a world full of marketing superheroes, her proven ability to adapt, collaborate and deliver meaningful results makes her a reliable ally for any organization.

Experience

Ana has more than 15 years of experience in various marketing functions in different sectors and companies. Her professional career began at VODAFONE in the corporate sales department and later forged her career at PHILIPS successfully carrying out marketing and sales plans for the different sectors of the company, from Consumer to Healthcare. Ana's entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-create and develop BIOXÁN (spin-off of a biotech company, BTSA), where she led the creation of a cosmetic brand from scratch to its distribution both in pharmacies and online platforms. After her master's degree in consulting and digital transformation at ISDI, she joined Gold-Results, where her organized yet creative approach, radical openness and passion have been instrumental in several projects across Europe, helping clients reach their optimal performance. In addition, she mentors entrepreneurship programmes for prestigious business schools.
