With an MBA from Yale University, Adolfo's career has centered around driving professional athletes and leading multinational corporations to optimal performance. After selling his company in 2000, he left his role as CEO of the 300 person entity to build the go-to company for driving optimal performance (GOLD).
Experience
He combines 35 years of martial arts training (including a period in Japan), three decades of studying scientific research on performance, and his experience coaching professional athletes (ATP), to develop models and methodologies to help world-class athletes and corporations gain those millimetres of advantage that differentiate the best from the rest. A polyglot, fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and with basic knowledge of Portuguese and Japanese, he has trained and taught across Europe, North and South America, and Japan.
