His time in industry roles taught him much about the day to day challenges facing businesses, and he has used that experience to bring a client perspective to every engagement.

With over 25 years of experience across industry and consulting, Adam’s passion lies in providing practical solutions to client teams in line with our core values, with particular emphasis on Impact, Optimal Performance and Radical Candor. As COO at GOLD Results, Adam’s focus is on ensuring the team consistently deliver high quality work for our clients, enabled by the methods, tools and techniques which are embodied in The Optimal Performance Formula©. Adam brings a breadth of experience in delivering transformation programmes across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, utilities, transport, defence and outsourced services.
