Turbo-Charging Performance with Technological Transformation

Failing IT project had heavy resistance from internal customers (international markets), poor functional fit and inflexible end users.

How can we partner with each market to drive a winning program

We restructured the program structure, placing experiences project managers in each market, each fluent in the local market language. We centralized a governance body to evaluate, approve and prioritize local change requests, thus optimizing use of resources and ensuring a positive impact on operations from each investment.

Local market teams were mobilized in an agile fashion (vs previous model) and they were invited to participate in shaping the final solution in their markets, resulting in highly engaged local teams who felt ownership over the product and drove changes in ways of working in their markets and end user adoption
